Welcome to Jojo's Christmas Cottage

Located right in the heart of Sampaguita Gardens is Jojo’s Christmas Cottage (JCC), an imposing 3-storey Victorian mansion that celebrates Christmas 365 days a year—the first of its kind in the Philippines and even in the Asian region.

The first floor is a showroom for Precious Moments Bisque Figurines, Precious Moments Dolls and other Precious Moments items, including a roomful of baby products as well as a section dedicated to weddings. Various Precious Moments ornaments are shown on several Christmas Trees, each with a particular theme or design.

On the second floor are Sampaguita Gardens souvenir items from t-shirts, pins, coffee mugs and a host of other mementos. Also on this floor are souvenir items and products from small companies being supported by JCC in terms of product development, design and marketing. It is likewise a showcase for products created by our part-time student workers. Finally, there is a snack bar, featuring Aklanon food products, including those prepared by Sampaguita Garden’s own bakery.

The third floor is where you will find Santa’s Attic, a workshop for a myriad collection of souvenir items, Christmas trinkets and other decorative items. Right outside the cottage is a garage housing an authentic Ford Model T, circa 1918. This rare vehicle, prized by serious collectors worldwide for its historical value, was a gift to Sir Sam from him children. It remains functional with its all-original parts and accessories, and is sometimes used for very special weddings. Also part of the JCC complex is the Butterfly Farm and Gift Shop that grows butterflies endemic to the area and sells items revolving around butterflies and then some houseware and decorative items, including some unusual items such as a “gantangan”, a device used to measure rice in the old days.
